Alpha Delivered almost didn't happen. It started as the side effect of solving our own problem.
Alpha Efficiency is our main business. It's been running since 2016, generating leads for local companies in legal, home services, and healthcare, the kind of clients who need a steady stream of calls or they don't make payroll.
To keep that pipeline full we built our own cold email engine in-house. Our own domains, our own inboxes, our own copy that survives contact with an inbox. By 2020 that engine was outperforming every other channel we ran.

Founders outside our client base started noticing and asking if we could run it for them too, B2B companies who needed the same volume and the same deliverability we'd already built for ourselves.
So Alpha Delivered started as a side project inside Alpha Efficiency. It stayed in the background for a while, quietly generating disproportionate returns compared to everything else on our plate. Eventually the results made the decision for us, and we spun it out as its own thing.
